What series were those? Last year they were swept by GS. Year before that they only made it to the 2nd round because CP3 and Blake got hurt - prior to that Portland was down in that series. And the year before that they lost to GS in the first round.

Portland is a reg season team and that is it. They don't elevate their game in the post season which is why they can't win.

We'll see next week I guess. I don't think Green will be on him especially after what we saw with Aldridge. He had no chance of blocking a shot or stopping him from getting a shot. Aldridge went over the top of him as if he wasn't there time after time. Davis won't miss so many shots as Aldridge does.

Not defensive at all. I was asking because it's my assumption that guys that are in the "great" category should actually be showing sings of getting better, rather than remaining stagnant.

Dame doesn't appear to be working on his game in the offseason like many of the better players do. He doesn't seem to be trying to be a better PG by playing "team" ball instead of creating so many iso possessions. And I believe it's because of those things that he has the same end result - or has had the same result the last 3 seasons (one could probably argue, now 4 seasons).
