My union rep and her lawyers found this little piece of info that might help me stay at my school and have him removed.

1006.13(5), Fla. Stat.: “any student found to have committed any offense in s. 784.081(1), (2), or (3) shall be expelled or placed in an alternative school setting or other program, as appropriate. Upon being charged with the offense, the student shall be removed from the classroom immediately and placed in an alternative school setting pending disposition.” (emphasis added)

Its not karma but just funny to me that Mark Melancon who left Nationals this offseason and joined Giants blew the 9th inning save and cost team win. Even better the winning pitcher was my fantasy baseball closer Fernando Rodney. Even more shocking or weird was the Giants pitcher Madison Bumgarner pitched a decent game but what was shocking/cool was that he hit not 1 but 2 homers.

I can't laugh to hard because Nats still don't have a legit closer and that reason is probably why they won't make WS.
