That would be because TCU is not expected to be a top 10 team in 2018. Also, FSU almost always gives Clemson a tough game, and the Seminoles are expected to be vastly over-rated next season.

I'd guess TCU will start the year ranked though, and it's an early game. Maybe FSU will somehow be dramatically improved.
