Well then you will be really, really irritated to know that my wife comes from a long, long line of old Virginia money and I am basically retired....at least, retired until I feel like working again. Fuck work.

I might enjoy that. Do you specialize in any fighting disciplines? I know some Wing Chung. I haven't had to fight for anything in a long time.

Yeah, I've been around a lot of martial artists and I've never known anyone who could do that. But I have hit someone in the face with a volleyball before. I have a wicked pissuh overhand serve. And if that is actually a soccer ball then, well, fuck you.

That is pretty sick right there, I wish I had that skill

On Saturday, Paul Goldschmidt hit his 2nd 1st-inning HR of the playoffs. Those were the 5th and 6th 1st-inning HRs in Diamondbacks playoff history. Rich Hill has given up 2 of them. Gave one up 10 years ago when he was on the Cubs.

Brandon Drury hit the 12th pinch-hit, 3-RBI or more HR in postseason history. First time that has come in a loss since Game 2 of the 2000 NLDS between the Giants and Mets. JT Snow hit a 3-run HR in the bottom of the 9th and the Giants lost the game in 10 innings.

Thanks for that. My amygdala is throbbing with emotional overload, powering majestic adrenaline rushes throughout my body

Judge robbing that home run was great. Hample's such a douchebag, I'm all for players robbing him of home run balls.

Friday night is a win if correct decisions and umpire calls are made

Massive credit to the Indians for capitalizing on those brain freezes

The Series would be 2-1...

Yanks are getting rained out tonight

How bout the Sox?

Will they be getting it in?

The two forecasts I've seen look promising to get Indians/Yankees in tonight. Maybe a delayed start, but I'm thinking it should get played.

Crazy how different yesterday's game could have gone if not for a few more inches. If Mookie doesn't catch that ball, it's 6-0. It's not over, but the Sox would have been in very real danger of being eliminated. If Reddick catches that ball, it would have been 7-3. Still a decent lead for the Sox, but 4-run leads have been coughed up before.

the crazy thing about the Astros is that not only do they have a very nice young core (Bregman, Correa, Springer, Altuve, Keuchel) and other solid pieces, but they still have a deep farm system. They're gonna be good for a while.

Yup, Yankees, Indians, Stros will be a war for a long time

The path was much easier for the late 90's dynasty
