You are seriously misinformed on the facts and have obviously not kept up on the information released over the last 7-8 months. If Joe was running a cover up, why were at least 14 people told about this, including the organization Sandusky was actually working for?? The Freeh report has been torn to shreds by many people and now Costas is doing a review on it and sees the many holes in it after finally reading it. The PSU BOT and their puppet Erickson are covering for some very influential friends who are up to their neck in the second mile with this mess.
