MLB.com's Jesse Sanchez was reporting earlier on Wednesday that Sandoval was set for a reunion with the Giants. That may well still happen, but he would not go so far as to confirm it when asked. Said the veteran third baseman, "I'm waiting for Friday to make a decision, and the Giants are one of my options. I have a few teams interested but I won't be making a decision until Friday."
