???

Isn't still officially 1/3?

Yeah, I was thinking, if you can call it that, that Crick came in with runners on, and immediately allowed one to score. I guess it was 1/1 in giving up an IR, not the number of runners. It is way too hot here in the valley. 108 degrees today, and I rode my bike for about 10 miles. Almost did me in.

From the box score, Crick was 1/2 on his IR line.

That makes no sense. He came in with the bases loaded. He should be 1/3, shouldn't he?

No. After the Lane Adams homer, Morris got Inciarte on a fly out. Then Phillips walked and Markakis singled, and then Crick came in. 1/2

When Morris goes bad, he REALLY goes bad. His game logs show he is actually quite effective. He just has a blow up every 5th or 6th outing.
And bad blow ups every 5th or 6th outing earns a ticket to the minor leagues. Major league relief pitchers need to either had moderate blow ups that often or bad blow ups every 15th or so outings. Yes, totally subjective, but I'd be curious what it looks like for a league average reliever. I want to see Tyler Rogers, Joan Gregorio, even DJ Snelton over Morris at this point.

Coors baseball at Cobb. And we still lose 12-11

Definitely NOT tzill approved. Yuck.
I heard that there was a sudden Depends run at the area stores where he lives. Now I know why. I didn't get a chance to follow the game last night.

They have tend to want to salvage those 2 days from the injured player, meanwhile playing a player short.

I just don't get it. They haven't embraced the 10-day DL yet, me thinks.
When you have a team this good, you only need 23 players. :ipw:

Crick's debut definitely gave me chills. That was exciting to watch. Giants need to keep running him out there!

93-97 on the fastball with a ton of life, looked like some cut on it. 81-85 on the slider, real sharp. Changeup 87-89.
