Yea, I remember the story in the paper. I don't know if they are the only ones that do it but they did just put out a new one. According to Wiki they have been made several places but there was one done here in 2005 and a couple made in Santa Barbara of all places. But I think one was done here...

The company that fabricates that body is here in town. They just did a new one a few months ago.

Some of the "pineier" (sp) ones aren't so bitter. Deschuttes makes a Pine Cone IPA that is good. I think that is what is considered a more east coast IPA.
