This game is borderline ridiculous. Don't understand how the oline is so horrible at run blocking, as bad as the dline is at run stopping....despite the offensive explosion by the Irish, this game so sloppy.

I think that's pretty optimistic to go 7-1 the rest of the season. If they do, that would show some reason the be optimistic about next season. Watch out for nc state and even navy, we shall see....

Les miles out at LSU too, didn't think they would fire him mid season. BVG had to go, if you have all this talent that plays this bad, you have to fit the "scheme" to the talent.

Yes, they will make a bowl but a shitty one. This is a 6-6 or 7-5 team, which is inconceivable given the so called talent on this team. They likely lose to Stanford, Miami, and USC. VT and hell Syracuse are likely toss ups, well now that I think of it, so is Navy and Wake.......good lord...

I think ND has to prove they can beat a ranked team before voters put them back in the top 25. Side note, watching Wisconsin vs Michigan state, the badgers put more pressure on the QB in the first 2 drives than ND did all game. Have to do more with all the talent the Irish have.

Don't think ND gets in the top 25 unless they beat duke, Syracuse, and Nc state handily. Back to back wins against Stanford and Miami would be pretty impressive and would completely turn the season....although McCaffrey may have 400 yards himself.

if VT keeps this up, ND's schedule is looking a lot different from just 2 weeks ago. Michigan State next week, Miami, Stanford, and possibly VT being ranked looks like a tough road compared to the beginning of the season. Heading out to South Bend next week for our family reunion...

ND doesn't have good pass rushers, so vangorder tries too hard to make pressure. They don't have the athletes to run his system, if he can't fit players into the system, be a coach and change the system. Oh, and the O-line was not as advertised, plenty of room to improve but they better do it...

34-21, Texas will be much better but I think ND has a solid o-line with good backs especially with Folston back and 2 solid QBs. Defense will be suspect though.

I think it's much closer than last year but I'm confident in our o-line and running game. 34-21 with Folston having a big game. Go Irish!

Yep, Pitt is that team on NDs schedule that can screw everything up.

I think the only other options would be usc vs cal or Stanford vs wash st.....slim pickings so nd vs temple seems pretty viable at this point.

These Cubs just need to get that first win tomorrow and go on one of their streaks. If they can sweep in Chicago I feel confident in a series win. Only take 2 and I think it's wait until nest year....
