    Dak Prescott

Oh...grass greener or just had enough of Jerrah? On the surface it really seems like DAL is the ideal spot for Dak...knows the OFC, solid team...should be able to compete for DIV titles at the very least.

    Dak Prescott

Okay, but are all the other QB/team situations the same? Most likely not...if the money/term wasn't fair...I could see Dak's side of it more I guess. But refusing because it's (term/money) is not the same as a other QBs...I don't.

    Dak Prescott

Which I found bizarre for the player...I know the team wanted to spread the cap hit over a 5 yrs I assume and the player wanted the shorter term...bizarre in that he would nix the deal because of it, and I do understand other QBs have gotten 4 yrs.

    Dak Prescott

That's kinda of a given...at least we would hope that to be the case. With that...$31 mil is a nice chunk of change to play for...if it works out long term...even better. I'm for the players making the money so I would hate to see him over shoot his market. (like Clowney)..but if he's...

    Dak Prescott

I'm okay being wrong on this one....all I can say is I hope Dak knows what he's doing.

    Dak Prescott

My big issue with Dak is DAL put an offer on the table that would've secured his family for at least the next generation if not more. Sure, players all want the maximum they can get, I get that, but at some point ego is kicking in and making the offer look less than ideal. I thought the 4yr/5r...

    Dak Prescott

I think I noted it didn't need to be a huge market...Cousins...mostly true, but aside from MIN, there was DEN (that signed Keenum), SF, (signed Jimmy G), I'm missing a few others that signed. Someone will always need a QB it seems, but Dak is flirting with fire IMO.

Titans extend Derrick Henry - 4 years $50M

Smart man...quite trying to break the bank...get paid...handsomely!
  9. ATL96Steeler

    Dak Prescott

IDK if he is being smart. Yes, guaranteed if the season is played. Had he signed the deal DAL had on the table...signing bonus would be paid whether they play games or not. Maybe it's just me, but I don't see a huge FA market for Dak...of course it doesn't take a huge market as we saw with...

    2020 OFFENSE/DEFENSE

2020 Training Camp Battles: Starting Nose Tackle - Steelers Depot At least the Steeler media realizes they have a potential problem brewing. I still think ignoring this position this offseason will comeback to bite Tomlin....2 downs or not, they better be able to handle the run.

That's most things in golf especially consistently...but the mental side is easier to fix than a swing flaw. It really sounds like playing with your BIL puts some self inflicted pressure on your game. Been there...Last sentence I agree 100%

Okay. Yeah...I've been there. Years ago...Not scratch, but this friend of a friend would come down from NC and play with you us, 3 or 4 times a year. Mark was a 4 or 5 HC...no kids, not married, playing 3 to 4 times a week, golf was his life. His swing wasn't the most dynamic, he didn't hit it...

    Kyler Murray

That's nice for two years, and I assume that would've ensured him a spot on the A's roster, but $35 mil over 4yrs as the no questioned starter at QB seems like a better option to me. Obviously he'd have to perform to get another contract in either sport, but again...idk that much him as a MLB...

    Kyler Murray

IDK what kind of MLB prospect he was, but I think the fastest path to the pros and a possible life altering contract was the NFL.

    Bryson DeChambeau

I had a mental block against my BIL for a long time, but eventually got over it by just playing my game and posting scores I knew I could post...first time I beat him, it was 2 shots. Now my cousin has one against me...lol...If I kept a handicap it would probably be 11-12....most scores fall...

    Bryson DeChambeau

Interesting. Not that you don't, but being your BIL I can see that going sideways a little...I would consider it a privilege to play with that kind of game....not so much to compete against, but learn from. Most of game problems (putting, short game) would apply to any golf hole....so most of...

    Name change problem

Too far gone to turn back now. Merchandise sales mean a lot and a new name would generate a whole lot more...besides...many mainstream retailers have pulled 'skins gear. Fanatics is still selling it, but at some point that could end as well.

Well...bogey for most recreational golfers is not too damning...but why do you think par 5s cause you so much trouble? I remember this pro who was trying to help me shave off strokes quickly when I was starting...his theory was 5 x 18 holes = 90...grind out a 4 at least 3 or the par 3 holes and...

Cleveland TE David Njoku asks Browns for trade

It won't look that great on paper for the highest paid TE in the game, but fans with real knowledge of how NFL games are or should be played probably won't have an issue with that kind of production from Hooper....the money is just the money. Now...when Baker is reupped and his cap hit is...

    Bryson DeChambeau

Yeah, for us rec golfers, it's so seldom that we're in that position...it really sucks to blow it. But...I've racked up many truly bad numbers in this game that 3 jacking for par doesn't rank so high anymore. Just last week...I hit the front of a 526 yd par 5 in two...faced with roughly 80' of...

Devonta Freeman might skip the season for more money

I've heard many Freeman interviews locally and my guess is he won't play this season unless something in his personal finances change to force his hand. Next season...maybe SEA's number or whatever the market offers will look a whole lot better to him, but he just doesn't come off as a guy that...

Devonta Freeman might skip the season for more money

Only because he played here in town I knew he had not been picked up. I peeked in on Mahomes deal details and it's so loaded with roster bonuses that it's not even funny, but at his age, unless his skills fall off drastically, he's going to cash a LOT of that contract.

Devonta Freeman might skip the season for more money

Is this a play on the tree falling in the forest? I'm on board saying he's done unless he take the market offers.

Ya know...until we see Cam out there in games...who really knows what he can do?
