Anyone like basketball here? The Mavericks forum on this site is dead
Mavericks mix of players is looking good so far, just need to get Powell & JJ healthy and figure out the rotations
I went to the one on here, anyone interested in basketball? If so, do they know a good Mavs board? The one on here is terrible. Or would anyone post in a basketball thread in this forum?
1, QB, 1 RB, 1 RB/WR, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 FLEX, 1 D/ST, 1 K League, with 3 keepers
Who should I keep for next year? David Johnson, Melvin Gordon, Dalvin Cook, Tyreek Hill, DeAndre Hopkins, AJ Green
Open to suggestions, just trying to think ahead

Made this for anyone who wants to post or talk about the recent events in Dallas and keep it separate from baseball
I know some people are coming to the game thread to get away from all the news coming out of Dallas, and this is probably the best compromise
Serious question on who I should start at RB this week: Melvin Gordon, CJ Anderson, Isaiah Crowell, Carlos Hyde, Doug Martin (Arian Foster is still probably out one more week)
Also all of the above plus Stevie Johnson & Davante Adams on the Flex (Calvin Johnson/AJ Green starting)
Any serious...
So I'd have to say Cleveland was the big winner of round 1, got the players many said they needed AND picked up a future 1 and 4
So sad for Houston, that they need a QB and the best one on the board is another Carr
If you are the type that follows the minor league system closely, feel free to post any information here to keep those who aren't up to date...
Keeps it from getting lost in the shuffle in other threads
Figured I'd give this crap a shot:
Friday is Feldman vs Darvish
Saturday is Cosart vs Lewis
Sunday is Oberholtzer vs Scheppers
Going to the game Saturday, anyone else going to be there? :suds:
If you find such exercises pointless, then don't post, this is for those who don't
If you don't post a projection that follows the established format first, then don't comment, simple as that... if your scientific mind doesn't allow you to post such numbers, then don't post... easy peasy...

We pretty much have 8 guys guaranteed starting spots right now, DH remains the primary point of debate, and as a DH can be pretty much anyone, we'll leave it out, we'll project the 8 regular fielders
We'll start the debate with Jurickson Profar, stick to the format and don't bring in other...
We're all bored.... and I don't think anyone has ever proposed this before... should be a good debate
Voters get to choose 10 from this list... who's your 10?

This year and next
This year, hopefully get into a live ML action for at least a couple games out of the bullpen, garbage innings for sure, but I wouldn't trust him in the playoffs
Next year, bullpen, maybe eventually the set up man for Soria, b/c...
in a couple days and looking to hit up a couple breweries
I know they have a solid microbrew tradition up there and was looking for some recommedations
MLB owners want to abolish pensions of personnel, sources say - ESPN New York
Just greed, greed and more greed
And to think they tried to do it in secret so they could HIDE it, greedy cowards
List players you think will surprise and make the roster, and/or people who will win specific roles
I'm going with Leury Garcia winning the UTIL role, Joe Ortiz winning a bullpen role and Ross winning the 5 spot with Perez going to AAA to start the year (along with Profar)
The Overview
For the first time since we started doing the Future Power Rankings, the Rangers are not No. 1. While some may criticize them for allowing core players such as Josh Hamilton, C.J. Wilson and Mike Napoli to walk as free agents, they deserve credit for discipline and sticking to...
Interesting Exercise here, list the best individual FIELDERS you have ever SEEN
For example you may think Buddy Bell was better than Adrian Beltre, but if you never saw him actually play, pick Beltre... this will bring a little age and perspective, especially from some of our older guys
