Our main issue for the past couple of years has been the OLine. Seeing as Akers was still able to make plays then, it will be difficult to stop him. It will be interesting if Taggart will try to take advantage of your issues and just run a lot.

LOL yeah. For blackened I go by when the "crust" is formed and if I'm using a cast iron when the meat lets go and I can easily flip it. Usually around 2-3 minutes per side.
