Yep. We needed to make this move. Rodgers was a great set up guy, but has failed far too many times as the closer. Not sure he has that make up. Get him back to where he thrived, and get an experienced guy in to close. If healthy, Colome should work well for us.

Well, the guy is hitting for avg right now, but I think he gets figured out soon. Once that happens, he has no speed, mediocre glove, and no power. Thats not where I want our 2nd basemen to be. Just my opinion.

Mixed feelings on this one. He started hot and really cooled off at the end. I'm not sure he can last a full season any more. I think we would have been better served with a younger bat getting time at the plate.
