Hilarious that Dana Altman was brought up in this thread prior to him bringing OREGON to the Final Four.

@Jack_John_Mark knows I can't go all the way in on Creighton for personal reasons, but they have poached our in-state and broader talent with the vigor of an African dictator.

The point is that the Tournament really lays perspective at your feet. When you see some of these teams doing what they're doing it makes you want to pull your hair out.

You stupid mother fucker, it's not poaching if they are in the same fucking state and recruiting area, it's out recruiting. Hire better coaches and the better talent will play in Lincoln and not Omaha.

Exactly if they can do it in omahole why can't we win in Lincoln? I personally have no problem if the next b-ball staff makes north of 6 mill. And pay our football coach 7 million. Make sure they are excellent recruiters and winners. And the programs spin like a top.
