The Lions didn't just pay Megatron, they made him far and away beyond every other WR in terms of paygrade. It's the Brandon Carr (with more production obviously) of WR contracts.

Denver did it 2 years ago with Thomas and Sanders but with 0Tds thrown, we know it was the Defense that won it. Pats don't use their 1st round picks on offensive weapons , just lineman or guards. Last one was pre-Brady with Edwards RB in 1998

Not much to troll really. AB is really good and I still thinks it's dangerous to lay out such a large part of the cap money to so few players (if @SteelersPride} is on top of it which I assumed he was.
In my defense, you can't deny that some guys loose that hunger when they get that first big (relatively speaking) payday. Happens to every team in every sport, unfortunately.
