John Papuchis is the new DC. He was(in job description only) the DC at Nebraska under Bo Pelini. But Pelini called the shots.

Be interesting to see what he does.
2016 North Carolina was
63rd in total defense
Allowed 408.1 yards per game
109th in rushing defense(funny, same thing at nebraska)
43rd scoring defense
34th red zone defense
115th in penalties

Hmmm, something makes me think Papuchis is going to flopis.

Slightly OT, but seriously?

Nothing new has happened since the last time the NCAA slapped their wrist. On what basis does the NCAA have in going in now and adding new sanctions? Just because more of it was written since then? Massive academic fraud, yes. But it was the kind that makes your diploma from UNC worthless where they make up classes and give people make up grades. The NCAA looked at it when they hit UNC with the loss of 5 scholarships and a 1 season bowl ban and said it wasn't an athletic violation so they let them off. So on what right are they coming back now and hitting them again?

"War Eagle" just remember him saying that.

Well, all that matters to me is, he was a pretty good DC at Texas.
