Who wins? Both teams clearly belong in the game. My heart says Clemson wins but my brain says Alabama wins by 10 points

I think Clemson in a shock to the country... lets face it most people are picking Bama to win it all but I think Clemson will win in OT in a great rematch.

Watching this game makes me sick. How does Bama win with that QB. I know their D is great but still. This QB is really bad. Also I feel bad for whatever NFL team drafts Watson. He is not a Franchise QB. Accuracy is so bad.

Great game...these kids played awesome on both sides. Just glad Saban lost..I can't stand him and the way he acts on the sidelines....Sorry for his players, but not him.

You know if Brian Kelly had an ounce of pride he should be seething right now and doing everything he can to win instead of trying to get out the door. A team he took to the wire is now national champs, on a play that cost us the 2014 season when we got flagged for it.

But somehow I get the sense he's just gonna phone it in until he's shown the door.

Was just going to ask: Didn't ND lose to FSU on the very same play Clemson won?? I mean holly shit!!!

If I recall the Clemson won was worse the kid basically dove at the other guys knees I don't recall Notre Dame's being that obvious.

Clemson deserved they looked like the best team. It could of been a blow out if Clemson didn't start out slow. Great game by Watson.

One thing that many people never brought up about Alabama, was their lack of depth on defense. Their defense was great, but their defense could be worn down. Clemson knew that, and exploited it.

Yep, Clemson ran like 99 plays in the game. Got to keep in mind the defensive lineman have to not only get off their blocks, they also chase down the ball carrier or receivers that catch short passes. Clemson definitely had more bodies on the defensive line and were able to force Alabama to many 3 and outs. Fatigue was evident as Clemson scored 21 points in the 4th quarter if I'm not mistaken

It didn't help Bama that they didn't have a QB. He was really bad. Then Bo got hurt and it was over. I was shocked to see Clemson come out so flat in the 1Q. This really could of been a some what of a blow out if they didn't start out slow.

I think Clemson was only flat because Alabama defense was on a mission to punish Clemson offensive players. There could have been several targeting penalties called on Alabama in the 1st quarter.
