I think for the moment the committee has it right. What will be interesting is if Clemson happened to crap the bed. Would they go with Michigan or the Big 10 champ for that fourth team? You would think it would be the Big 10 champ but that's a really tough call there in my opinion.

And what will they do with Ohio State? Will they move them back a spot or two for not winning their division let alone conference or do they leave them at 2 considering the tough schedule and the one loss?

First off I am in no shape or form lobbying for USC to get it in, SC blew their shot at the start of the season. It appears to me the committee is taking resume over conference champion status, if Ohio State gets in over Wisconsin or Penn State and they have prove my point, so just because Washington won their conference they shouldn't get in with their weak resume

So Michigans loss against an unranked Iowa team wasn't a situation like you describe. "A team you had to beat" Michigan dropped the ball and blew it against Iowa, yet you want to give them a PASS. That's weak shit.
Michigan lost 2 of their last 3 games, and are NOT playing in a conference Championship because they lost to 2 teams. How is Michigan still in the talk? Amazing that people would consider Michigan an option because they pass the "eye test" Well, here is some news from the PNW, the UW Huskies pass the "eye test" too.

Here is what I'm saying OSU is getting in because of the resume not because they won the conference championship, if that's the case Washington should be left out because of their resume not because of their conference championship.

My true feelings is OSU should be left out, PSU or Wisconsin should get in, and Washington should get in, but if the Committee feels resume is that much more important then Washington should be left out

Ya, best MI can finish is 3rd in the B1G. Washington could have won on a last second safety, and they'd still deserve to be in. Conference Champs should not be dismissed. Way too much human opinion involved in the current system.

In the NFL you at least play half the teams in your sport. In college you play less than 10%. Losing 3 games to 10% of your league should take away any shot of competing for a championship.
