That look on McCaffrey's face near the end of that game said it all. Your team looked totally demoralized.

It's shocking that every Husky fan I ran into oth pre and post game were good people. I went out of my way to talk to as many as possible. All said it was an amazing experience and were treated great by Oregon fans.

So what in the hell is Reg's problem? lol. He still salty.

Running the ball equals success, no? I've said that since his BYU game, if learned how to coach I wouldn't want him dead just maimed.

My PAC 12 Power Rankings:

1. Washington - Clear #1 at this point as they pounded Oregon 70-21. The Huskies are rolling and have had only one close call so far. The Huskies look very tough on both sides of the ball. They seem to be on a different level than the rest of the PAC right now. Washington has a bye next week to host Oregon State.

2. Utah - Utes defeated Arizona yesterday 36-23. The Utes defense forced 3 turnovers in the game last night. Utah needs Troy Williams to be more consistent if Utah is going to win the PAC 12 South and make a run at the conference title. The defense and running game is there. Utah plays Oregon State this week.

3. Arizona State - The Sun Devils beat UCLA 23-20 despite being outgained by over 100 yards. The Sun Devils improved to 5-1 as they get ready to play the Buffs next week in Boulder.

4. Washington State - The Cougars shocked people with a blowout win over Stanford. The Cougars outgained the Cardinal by over 200 yards. Wazzu has now started conference play with blowout wins over Oregon and Stanford. The Cougs host UCLA next week.

5. USC - Despite the early struggles, USC is going to be a factor in the South division. USC has the talent to win the conference but they don't have the coaching.

6. Colorado - The Buffs winning streak came to an end with a 21-17 loss to USC but they look like a very solid team. Nice to see Colorado playing good football again.

7. Stanford - Stanford suffered a bad loss on Saturday as they were blown out by Wazzu in Palo Alto. Stanford's offense is really struggling right now.

8. UCLA - UCLA is continuing to disappoint people. UCLA fell to 3-3 with a loss to ASU. UCLA has struggled to get their running game going. It's hard to be a consistent team if you can't run the football.

9. Oregon State - Give the Beavers and Andersen credit. They got their first PAC 12 win with Gary Andersen as the HC with their win over Cal.

10. California - Shame. Shame. Shame.

11. Arizona - Wildcats don't actually look that bad. They just have been on the wrong end of some close games. The Cats have had a lot of injuries and are not getting great play from their QB.

12. Oregon - Defense is a mess. True freshman at QB. The only question for Oregon is about who is going to coach them in 2017.

I'd have to put WSU #2 right now. The always potent offense, now with running game balance, and they finally have some defense to go with it. Utah would be 3rd on my list. I'd probably put USC 4th based on how they are playing today.

I know there's the whole question about who their options will be, and what they want to do moving forward, but Helfrich has to be done. Their decline has just been so quick and apparent, you can't let him stick around and sink them deeper. I guess you figure an outsider will start from scratch anyway, but why wait? I do think someone, probably oly, said he has an 11+ million $ buyout, but my understanding is they have a wealthy donor who can help with that kind of stuff.

To be clear, I'm not meaning this in a rubbing in or trolling kind of way, they are genuinely in a tough spot with that one. It'll be interesting to see what they do.
Washington recovered, took you ten years but Washington recovered, and Oregon will too. A lesser time frame might be expected since they are well financed.

Hows Arizona state ahead of USC?SC beat the sun devils easily. I saw it with my own eyes. It was 41 to 6 going in the fourth when USC put in the back ups. I realize USC dropped two conference games already but if this is power rankings you have to put USC ahead of ASU in my opinion.

The issue with Oregon is who do they want to be. Even at their best running that offensive system with Chip they didn't win it all. So do they keep trying t duplicate what didnt work with lesser coaches (at running that system) or do they go in a new direction entirely?

Because you can't use the transitive property, solely, to rank teams. That's not how college football works.

I'm talking about their road to recovery, not whether they eventually will or not.
