Who is watching this? Some pretty good fights so far in the prelims. Heavyweights on right now, one guy with a 10" reach advantage...

well, that was FAST!!! the guy with the reach advantage(Ngannou) dropped the other guy(Mihajlovic) and hammered him until Herb Dean jumped in to stop it...Of course the guy is protesting the stop saying he wasn't hurt, but he definitely was...

Barbosa looked pretty good against Melendez. And Holm looked like shit again. Those were the only two fights I got to see.

Yeah that Holm fight was pretty awful. Francis Ngannou looked damn good with a first round KO, the guy is a monster...

Haven't found the video yet, but yea, Ngannou is a beast.

Holm was to hesitant, too many fakes and she looked very slow.

Holm had a nice early first round knockdown, but after that you're right on the money...

She was waaaay too cautious, particularly once it was clear she was losing the fight. She appeared afraid to engage.

I don't think Holm was afraid, she just didn't have an answer for Shevchenko's hook (or fighting style in general). There were a few instances where Holm had success moving forward, throwing multiple strikes, but that's not really her game. She ended up fighting largely on Shevchenko's terms and got picked apart doing it.

It happens when you get hit in the face that much. Solid shots right thru her hands almost every time she punched or kicked.
