I understand different cuts have different amounts of fat etc..........
But i dont get how some top sirloins are like 250cal per 4 oz, then top round sirloin is 160 calories per 4 ounces, then another sirloin is 250 calories for four ounces.......can some chef like @Chef99 or @LongtimeRamsFan42 explain this to me
