Steak nutritional differences

I understand different cuts have different amounts of fat etc..........

But i dont get how some top sirloins are like 250cal per 4 oz, then top round sirloin is 160 calories per 4 ounces, then another sirloin is 250 calories for four ounces.......can some chef like @Chef99 or @LongtimeRamsFan42 explain this to me

Like you mentioned, has to do with the different cuts and the % of fat...

So the closer to the animal's ass you get, the better the meat?

Depends, some cuts from the(Round section)way back are fatty/tough and you'd need to stew/braise...Usually anything saying roast...
