Is it time to trade Frazier?

His low BA has got to go. I don't have any other 3bs of his caliber other than Peralta who is playing out of position. Reynolds and Prado are the other options. Should I try to trade him for better BA?

JP will have a higher BA than Frazier, but you're going to take a hit most e'rywhere else. (Unless doubles are a Cat. I haveno idea how Frazier has only managed 5 this year.)

If Whit Merrifield is eligible at third, he could be a replacement option. He's KCs leadoff man as of late, should be a nice source of runs and he hit for a decent average in the minors. You'd take a major power and RBI hit though.

Fraziers BABIP is .179, Id be patient rather than trade him to trade him tbh. (He played first today, hadn't done that yet this year. Not sure if it was just a one day thing, or what. He played there a bit last year.)

I always look for ways to improve my team. Always. If that involves trading a Frazier, so be it.

41 homers, 21 steals, and 48? RBIs?

I mean homers is just one stat but losing that for doubles and better BA with equal production in hits, RBIs, and steals would imo seem to be a upgrade. I would be improving a extra stat. I need.

No I know Peralta is not Frazier. But I'm saying if I moved Peralta to 3b I could trade for a CI that can give what I need.

Would you trade Frazier for Story. Story's stats are better in hits, doubles, triples, BA. DPs, and Frazier is barely better in HRs and steals. RBIs are tied. Thing is that might seem lopsided so I should maybe package Frazer with someone else who steals and hits HRs. That might be Upton Jr whose on a uptick and might be sell high.

That's a lot of faith in a rookie. I'd see if you could get him to add a back end starter too.

In my world, it's Story plus, for Frazier... not the other way around.

Does he have a SS replacement to allow him to move Story?

He does not have another quality SS. He has Crawford and Aybar.

What I'm considering is starting Sano next week in his place. I might bench Frazier except for his more appealing matchups. The BVP only works for pitchers that could pitch deep in the game.

I don't like the Z side because of Stroman's playing in the AL East catching up to him and Zimmermann slumping.

I like it for both. Getting Donaldson is a solid upgrade. Losing Max hurts, but worth it imo.
