I just bought a pair of Jaybird X2's but they haven't come in yet. Hoping they aren't a total fail. They are replacing a pretty decent pair of Shures that I have had for years, but the wires are starting to crack.

yea I have experienced that as well.
My girlfriend bought a pair at TJ Maxx on Saturday, just some Altec Lansings for $30.
I am just worried about them sounding like shit, so I bought a good pair. The Jaybird X2s were recommended by TheWirecutter.com and I trust their reviews.
