And the parts you forgot to read is the 3 that left because they were behind Mariota. Had they stayed they would have had their shot and its likely Oregon woulndt have had Adams or Prukop.

and as for Adams its not that he didnt get drafted because he wasnt good. he led the nation in passing efficiency and #2 in QBR. 26 TD to 6 int.
no im pretty sure it had more to do with being under 6 feet tall and having suffered multiple concussions last season as well as having missed parts of different seasons with breaks to various parts of his body.

Someone might want to inform David Yost that they don't need a QB for this class. He visited with Jack Sears and Chase Garbers this week. He must of been sleepwalking or something....

not needing something doesnt mean you cant look or even buy. i do it all the time. I didnt need a 65 inch curved tv but i bought one anyway.

The last couple pages claiming the Ducks didn't need a QB for this class. Now Yost is just in buy a flat screen just for the hell of it mode down in Cali. Got it.

So Mariota played for three years and this will be the second season he's gone and in that time Oregon hasn;t recruited and produced one QB that can start. And you think there's nothing wrong there? You're in serious denial dude.

again they were left with very little after transfers and Jonsen is vying for the job right now. this is why i tried to change the subject because this is going in circles

sorry i forgot i have so much pull with the coaching staff and their decisions. just because I, a fan, with no ties to the football team outside of having met a few players and went to football camp there in 1998 thinks that not getting a QB in the class of 17 wont be the end of the world means nothing. If they feel the need to go try and get one so be it. if they dont ok.

and no I still don't think there is anything wrong. I've been saying that for a few pages now. Looking at who left and why, looking at who stayed and how they are doing, looking at reason why Kelley decommitted, none of it makes me think Jonsen cant do the job. Doesn't make me think Wilson could. Doesn't make me think they will never get a 4 or 5 star QB. Doesn't make me think a 3* cant play up like MM did. Doesn't make me think the coaches, who are different now than a year ago, cant develop a player.
At this point i feel like you are arguing just to try and get me to agree with you and say Oregon sucks and their QBs suck and blah blah bull shit. not gonna happen. From where I sit I have seen plenty to make me feel confident in the QB's this season just like last year with Adams who every one was sure coulndn't play at the FBS level.
Now can we move on and change the subject. Im tired of typing the same thing over and over.

And why were they left with little? QBs didnt develop and other left the program. Why are you trying to make it seem like oregon has no QB development issue? They might be starting another hired gun which means they haven't developed one QB to even start for them. They didn't get one ready while Mariota was there for three years and they didnt have one ready two years after he's gone.

Adams was a rental. They might start another rental QB. That sure doesn't scream we develop our QBs.

Seriously.lol. If there's been one constant here since I've been on this board is Oregon fans telling us how they just reload at QB and how good the new QB recruit de jour is. But they can't find one to just go with they would rather bring in a rental. That's some serious disconnect.

oh look somethin i have talked about ad nauseum. left with little because of trasfers of guys that wanted more opportunity to play not because they didnt develope. bringing Prukop to compete for the starting job doesnt mean they dont have someone else capable. they didnt have depth that they liked but no one has handed him the job and even if he does get it doesnt mean the other guys arent capable just he was better.

na that was Mariota. Adams was close though 9 wins and 2 of the losses which may have swung the other way if he was healthy
