Looks like the captain and head coach are getting a little fed up. Both have done their part in try to help out HW and he's not responding. Riles and Zo will likely step in next. This kid needs an intervention but it won't work without him getting his head out of his ass first.

I think he's responded very well since last years shoving incident.
You're acting like he's the 1st player to get a flagrant 2 this year.

I think he's responded very well since last years shoving incident.

For the most part he has, I think we can all agree on that. But, of late he seems to have taken quite a few steps back in the behavioral department -- There could be something deeper bothering the guy and he needs a little more help -- but the heat will not be able to provide him with the appropriate help if he keeps quiet about it and just waits to act out in the manner he does every time he is frustrated.

The words of Spo and Wade tell me that they've tried all they could with Hassan but just can't figure him out.

Like I said, I agree with you in that he has improved since the shoving incident and early on in the season he continued to show steady improvement but he has taken some step backs of late and there has to be a reason why.

The Spo haters will say he is frustrated with PT, to that I would say, Fuck him -- He has failed he can be trusted in the crucial moments of the game be it because of his inability to play without getting into foul trouble or outburst similar to last night.

I leave it to you and the other clean in here to twist my words into something they are not. As I have always said, don't suggest I said something unless you have actually seen me say it.

You once again missed my entire point simply because you didn't agree with me -- which I couldn't care less about. But don't twist my words into some shit I didn't say.

No, he isn't the first to get a flagrant 2 this year. But I do hope it is the LAST TIME he or any heat players is involved in such situation at least this season.

My point is , the time in the game in which it came was terrible -- the reason for it was terrible. He didn't have to do what he did. His anger is far too often misdirected. That is a sign that there is still some immaturity issues with him that he has to work on.

Like I said before , right now as far as future contract talks -- Its ADVANTAGE Heat. He has to get right mentally and whatever is bothering him - he has to figure out how to make it fuel him in a positive manner.

Perfect timing for him to seek out and get people in his ear to get his mind right now that its the AS break.

I agree but he's getting the reputation as a thin skinned player.

Which is only going to cause opponents to continue to bait him into similar reactions - and going to cause refs to look for that more often and have a shorter leash against him when it comes to technicals, ejections and just basic foul calls.

And, again, to add a little perspective -- woke up to find the Heat still as the 5th seed. So, as always, all is not lost. The break comes at the best possible time for the Heat.

With the Pacers losing tonight, it means the lowest seed Miami can go into the AS break as is 5th. Could be 4th depending on what happen in Chicago

Well that sucked. Were 5th heading to the break. Tied in losses and currently own the TB over 4th place ATL and 1 GB in the all the important loss column behind 3rd seeded Boston.

3rd place is very much in play in the final 29 games of our season

Clippers screwed that up, but, Boston is playing good ball.
Gotta give them credit for grinding it out.

Yeah I got the Clips had that. Frustrating but no reason with our upcoming schedule in March why should not be top 4 heading to April

Realistic goal IMO. Schedule as Navarro stated is not bad

Bosh: Shooting for 3rd place in East has to be one of Heat's goals after All-Star break | Heat Check

For the lazy ones who doesn't want to read, I will just post the part about our schedule in the 2nd half.

As far as the schedule is concerned, the second half won't be easy out of the gate. Miami opens in Atlanta on Feb. 19 and will face five teams with winning records (Hawks, Pacers, Warriors, Bulls) among their first seven opponents.

But overall, Miami will only have to face seven opponents after the All-Star break who already have 30 wins or more (at Hawks, vs. Warriors, at Celtics twice, vs. Cavs, at Raptors and at Spurs).

Miami will also only play against 14 teams who are currently .500 or better. That's tied for second-fewest in the Eastern Conference entering Wednesday's final slate of games.

The Raptors and Bucks (20) face more winning teams than anyone else followed by the Hawks (19), Cavaliers (19), Magic (19), Wizards (17), Bulls (16) and Celtics (15).

And the team needs to consider extending the suspension or at least a fine for conduct detrimental to the team. You gotta stop the BS somehow.
