Kings Board Fantasy Hockey 2015-2016

Gents I do believe it is time to do our usual smack talk. Fantasy Hockey is open again. I noticed loco sent out the invitations to everyone who participated last year. If you have not checked please do so now.

The draft is scheduled for Tuesday, September 29th at 7:15pm. That is likely a very difficult time for me thanks to my schedule (got to LOVE being right back on the overnight shift in Las Vegas) but I will do my best to make it.

I hope you are all ready to get your asses kicked.

I have to take this season off. I have have had to give up a bunch of side stuff that I used to do recently. Once the personal situation is taken care of and I have my head on straight, I'll be back.

Loco, it is indeed the same email (and phone number for like the last 100 years). I just checked my Spam, Trash and everything else but all the search pulled up was old messages and emails from seasons past.

OK...we are ready to go. 12 teams this season, so there should be deeper rosters and a little more goaltending available. Draft is Tuesday, September 29 @ 7:15 PDT. See ya there...good luck

so you get lucky with an 11-1-1 week and now here you are thinking you are some great fantasy hockey player. Notice 3 other teams are only a point behind you with another (me) only 4 behind you. It is a hell of a battle at the top right now.

Better to be lucky than good, son. A certain poster on this board who has a thread dedicated to him once told me that.

I have 5 of the Top 50 leading scorers (Krejci - 5th, McKinnon - 12th, O'Reilly - 24th, Eriksson - 32nd and Lindberg - 47th) as well as 3 of the Top 25 goalies (Allen - 6th, Andersson - 15th and Bishop - 23rd) and they have simply performed to date. Andersson and Bishop don't have the wins but that hasn't been their fault, their teams have let them down.

Will it hold up? Who knows...but for now MUZZIN TURNOVER biatch!

And yes, it is very competitive in the top 5. Need another huge week.

And just like that my reign in 1st is over, dropped to 5th. The good news is only 5 points separates 1-5, I don't know if I have ever seen it this competitive so early in the season, we generally start seeing the separation right around the second month.
