Most of the NBA stars right now are focused on their mission to win the Gold once again so we discuss this. This topic has always been interesting. Who would be your starting five for this current Team USA?

This would be mine:
PG: Curry
SG: KD
SF: LeBron
PF: Melo
C: Davis

Combination of olympic veterans and young MVP candidates.

I'd have KD and Melo be the scorers off the bench

CP3, KD, LeBron, Melo, Davis

Melo and KD, especially, are great fits for International basketball. I'm taking CP3 over Curry because of his experience in international ball and because I value playmaking over scoring on an all-star squad.

I think one thing Curry gets overlooked a lot at is his playmaking. That being said, CP3 is better in that department and a more natural distributor. If you have two scorers like Melo and Durant already on the floor it would probably be better to have CP3 out there. So I get it.

Yeah, I agree. Curry is such a ridiculous shooter that people tend to overlook how good of a distributor he is. Like you said, though, I think CP3 is even better in that area. But, really, you can't go wrong with Curry.
