It would've been so long ago no one would remember now.In hind sight they should have cheated.

because innocent people destroy and hide evidence If brady complied it would be different however based on his behaviors if a court rules otherwise i would expect more outrage and "bashing". Brady earned that people aren't stupid the only ones who seem to think otherwise are blind supporters " patriots and michigan fans" trying to excuse the actions of a tarnished player who's cheating caught up to himWhat if it turns out that the NFL (Goodell) is wrong and has acted in bad faith, and the federal court finds against it? Most of the posters on NFL message boards are so busy gleefully bashing the Patriots in general and Tom Brady in particular that they haven't considered this outcome. But, it's a real possibility.
So, let's put team loyalties aside and consider the consequences: What happens if the NFL findings and its procedures are overturned?
Or ignorant Faider fans who blame Brady for the tuck rule being called?because innocent people destroy and hide evidence If brady complied it would be different however based on his behaviors if a court rules otherwise i would expect more outrage and "bashing". did brady tuck his texts or fumble his phone? not sure how the tuck rule relates to deleted texts or broken cell phones. seems like a bit of a stretch to meOr ignorant Faider fans who blame Brady for the tuck rule being called?
It doesn't. It directly relates to your ignorant post about supporters, Pats and Michigan fans...did brady tuck his texts or fumble his phone? not sure how the tuck rule relates to deleted texts or broken cell phones. seems like a bit of a stretch to me
Dismissing facts and denial is ignorance. My statement was a fact reflected by the responses of the Pats and Wolverine fans. You're projecting. But you're in denial. If it was another team I'm sure you would see the same thing everyone else doesIt doesn't. It directly relates to your ignorant post about supporters, Pats and Michigan fans...
Part of your problem is you want to be inclusive using terms like "all". You certainley don't speak for everyone. Your statement is speculative. If you've read other post by me you would see I'm not in denial. I do believe this case will be settled on facts and not speculation nor more than probable reports.Dismissing facts and denial is ignorance. I'm telling it like it is. Are you saying if this was Peyton Manning.Aaron Rodgers etc.... That was accused of cheating and the texts pertaining to the incident were deleted from his phone and the phone wasn't destroyed. You would not see that as extremely suspicious and a sign of guilt?Part of your problem is you want to be inclusive using terms like "all". You certainley don't speak for everyone. Brady simply prefers a lighter cell phone so he erased those text messages to reduce the weight of his cell phone -Pats Fans
Read some of my other posts. It doesn't matter what I believe or don't believe. You are the first one I hear claiming texts were deleted. Where did that come from? Wells had everyone else involved phones. Wells said he didn't need TBs.I'm telling it like it is. Are you saying if this was Peyton Manning.Aaron Rodgers etc.... you also lost me where you say " on texts pertaining to the incident were deleted from his phone and the phone wasn't destroyed. Maybe I'm just tired. I'm heading to bed.

Come on Sonny, Brady wasn't willing to turn over his texts during the investigation, now that it's in court, where the phone can be supenia into evidence, the phone is destroyed and Brady is claiming that all texts are there, course no way to actually know that all the texts are there without the phone.Cmon Clark it's so easy to get transcripts of all his texts, which he offered. Wells said that he didnt need Brady's phone and now the whole thing gets twisted around. There was no texts on the ballboys phones to Brady, so why would the phone matter? I just want to see this whole thing get over before the season starts, good , bad or indifferent. This judge out of NY seems cool telling both sides to cut the bs and to shit or get off the pot.

According to Tom Brady what else is he going to say not the most reliable source I'm starting to think he believes his liesBrady turned over all the relevant texts to the NFL: Tom Brady didn't destroy his cell phone, according to Tom Brady - SBNation.com
"As for what was on the phone, Brady says that they turned over "detailed pages" of phone records and all of the emails requested by the Wells investigators. They also went to the phone company to retrieve the relevant messages from his broken phone. The NFL acknowledged that last part in the 20-page statement explaining Goodell's decision, buried in a footnote on page 12."
But, rabid posters choose to ignore this fact. When all is said and done, Brady will not miss a game because the NFL has fumbled this situation from the very beginning.
Actions speak louder than words. And his actions are not those of an innocent man. If you aren't doing anything wrong there is no viable reason to deny access or destroy anything. Its like saying I'm not drunk but i refuse to take a breathalyzer imoCome on Sonny, Brady wasn't willing to turn over his texts during the investigation, now that it's in court, where the phone can be supenia into evidence, the phone is destroyed and Brady is claiming that all texts are there, course no way to actually know that all the texts are there without the phone.
I'm just being logical. If there is no wrong doing why not comply? Why delete texts r tamper with anything in the first place. Not he actions of an innocent man. Those are the actions of someone hiding somethingCmon Clark it's so easy to get transcripts of all his texts, which he offered.
