Part of your problem is you want to be inclusive using terms like "all". You certainley don't speak for everyone. Your statement is speculative. If you've read other post by me you would see I'm not in denial. I do believe this case will be settled on facts and not speculation nor more than probable reports.

I'm telling it like it is. Are you saying if this was Peyton Manning.Aaron Rodgers etc.... That was accused of cheating and the texts pertaining to the incident were deleted from his phone and the phone wasn't destroyed. You would not see that as extremely suspicious and a sign of guilt?

Read some of my other posts. It doesn't matter what I believe or don't believe. You are the first one I hear claiming texts were deleted. Where did that come from? Wells had everyone else involved phones. Wells said he didn't need TBs.

Brady turned over all the relevant texts to the NFL: Tom Brady didn't destroy his cell phone, according to Tom Brady - SBNation.com

They also went to the phone company to retrieve the relevant messages from his broken phone. But, rabid posters choose to ignore this fact. When all is said and done, Brady will not miss a game because the NFL has fumbled this situation from the very beginning.

Cmon Clark it's so easy to get transcripts of all his texts, which he offered. Wells said that he didnt need Brady's phone and now the whole thing gets twisted around.There was no texts on the ballboys phones to Brady, so why would the phone matter? I just want to see this whole thing get over before the season starts, good , bad or indifferent. This judge out of NY seems cool telling both sides to cut the bs and to shit or get off the pot.

Harold I don't think either one of us has all the facts. I have read and heard that Brady was told that they didn;t need his phone just the transcripts of texts which he offered. Then you hear conflicting stories that he refused to give up the phone. The he destroyed it, and then he didn't. I dont know whats real or not, so will just have to wait and see. I kinda wish he went to court and Brady's phone was supoened ( sp?) to have all his text
s reviewed.

Actions speak louder than words. And his actions are not those of an innocent man. If you aren't doing anything wrong there is no viable reason to deny access or destroy anything. Its like saying I'm not drunk but i refuse to take a breathalyzer imo

I'm just being logical. If there is no wrong doing why not comply? Why delete texts r tamper with anything in the first place. Not he actions of an innocent man. Those are the actions of someone hiding something
