New series with UTEP and Rice

Playing games in Texas could help with recruiting that's about the only value these series bri
In 2022 and 2023 we play Michigan State, Oregon State and BYU already so UTEP and Rice in those years respectfully are acceptable.

Hopefully we can fill the 2024 schedule with some good opponents

but that's a long ways away LOL

I mean wow we already have schedules 7 and 8 years from now filled.

These games may no sense. If you are going to travel to Texas, might as well play a Big 12 team or at least Houston or SMU.
