That being said, I am sick of these threads as much as you are. 3 threads posting the same shit is ridiculous. Seriously, it may be a cool little factoid but ultimately pointless.

And before anyone says something, yes, I know Michigan State doesn't have anyone in the game. No, this is not the reason I don't care about where an NFL player went to college. Yes, I know Michigan State program has historically sucked and will soon suck again.

The stat that surprised me most was Purdue with 3. No offense to Purdue but that seems like an anomaly.

Finebaum wanted Ohio State there because he thought they would be a much easier win than Baylor who has a phenomenal passing game and Alabama's secondary is lacking by their standards.
