@WiggyRuss

You'll be around for the season right? Don't pull a vanishing act once the season tips off. And since you can't shut up about Riley I just wanted to remind you about the stupid decision Danny Boy made by firing David Griffin. Danny gots the deep pockets but he gots shit fer brains.

If the Heat kept building with Wade and Odom, they probably turn into a 50+ win team but they would have never won a title.

Bucks are better based on what exactly? Your personal preference?

They always underachieved even though they have a top 10 player on their roster.

The Heat as banged up as they were finished with the same record as them last season while the Bucks had their superstar available 75 games last year
last year middleton was hurt during the year and bledsoe was dealt for. A full year under his belt should help Bledsoe immensely and Middleton* (my bad Middleton was hurt the year before) is now only likely back to being fully 100% and in a rhythm. They added illysova and lopez- shooting that they needed big time in the front court.

and of course Giannis is getting closer and closer to that prime. Its hard to believe but the guy is only 23 and will be 24 in December. He has yet to reach his peak and is a top 10 player in the league.

If you would like to make a bet on the better record - the Heat or the Bucks i would BE MORE than happy to accommodate you.

Heat won 41 games with Wade in his rookie year. They became a title contender when they traded for Shaq.

If they don't make Shaq, there is a great possibility they never win a title with just Wade. They needed another star and went out and got one.

Once again, building strictly through the draft almost never works

The importance of Jason 'white chocolate' Williams to the '06 Heat is always overlooked.

@bksballer89 I will even give you 2 games.

So if say the Heat finish with 44 wins and the Bucks finish with 46 wins YOU win......if the Bucks finish with 47 wins and the Heat finish with 44 I win......what ya think?

You would think Hassan & Tyler signed a 10 year deal.

A 4 year deal during the Warriors dominance era is really not a big deal.

Houston went for it all during this era and likely won't win a ring

And given the ages of 2 of their 3 stars...will likely be looking to rebuild by 2020.

oh yah...2 years from now when Curry is 32 and Durant is 31, Dray is 30, and Klay is 30 they will be looking to rebuild- (even say add a year to those guys for when their bdays are- to lazy to look it up- but even say Curry is 33, Durant 32, Dray 32, Klay 32- and even say one of them leave) -----but LeBron who is 33 now and will be 35 (well in his age 36 season*) will be just peppy and ready to compete?

how do you square that?

Vegas has a 5 game split from what i saw. just saying- not saying vegas is the end all be all- but its a starting point.

Okay this isn't NBA related but it's funny as hell. Have you heard about this yet?

Fans to get free beer w/ Browns first victory

10 Cleveland area bars have purchased 8-foot "Victory" fridges filled w/ Bud Light bottles.

I saw this article & the 1st thing I thought of was the 10-cent beer night promotion the Tribe had back in the 70's.

Considering that the Warriors have 4 stars and I said 2 of 3, it was pretty obvious that I was responding to the part about the Rockets going all in and likely not getting a ring.

That's how I square that.

You even named 4 stars when I said 2 of 3 and couldn't clue in. :L

Yeah, I think the cap will get the Warriors before age does. They're going to have to start making some tough financial decisions in the next couple of seasons.

all though Harden will be 29 later this month.......is 28 now...i hardly think two years from now when he is 31 that they will be looking to rebuild with him---- and Capela will of course only be 26- right smack dab in the middle of his prime.

Paul will be in his age 35 season which is getting up there---- but he will be 7 months YOUNGER than LeBron.

CP3 also has a pretty extensive injury history that Lebron doesn't and Melo is 34.
