That sucks, He has become a legit prospect in my book, I view him as a role player with potential to be a starter. Also a guy that should be knocking on the major league door pretty soon. There are not many guys in the organization that are close like he is, its a shame he went down.

Time for Kyle Lewis to show something.

yeah no kidding.. I had viewed him as a guy that would make start make a push end of this season and start of next for a roster spot. As far as "top" prospect guys maybe only Ian Miller was closer, but Miller probably isn't as well rounded as Bishop had showed.

The M's system is thin as we all know so having a guy miss time and experience is another step in the wrong direction for the farm.

I really want Kyle Lewis to come out and play well. I hope that knee injury didnt kill all his potential in being a solid player. Our JM took over a franchise that was already thin with prospects and building a farm that can produce talented ball players damn near takes 5-10 years if you are truly starting from the ground up.
