Training Camp 2018

in a little over 5 years we've gone from
-nearly a month of unlimited access to TC
-4 Select dates of TC access at the Linc
-3 Select dates of TC Access at the Linc
-2 Dates of TC Access
-2 dates with required tix that "sold out" in an hour or so

Sad. My kids 8 & 4 look forward to it every year. Both have gone every year since they were 2. Looks like the streak is over.

yes. I don't think the teams realize just how much this 'personal touch' creates lifelong FANS of youngsters coming up.

coming up, my kids like the Eagles, in a large part because I do also. However, when they were young, I use to go to Training camp before it was moved to the Linc. My kids got to meet, talk and get autographs from many of our legends... McNabb, Westbrook Trotter, Andrews, Kearse, and so many others. We would make the trip up there and sit in the lines. It was great family bonding time and the kids really grew to love the eagles for their own personal interactions. But they got rid of those lines in favor of a lottery system because the lazy bastardos complained about not getting autographs while they slept at home in their comfy beds. We stopped going because we were not going to travel 7 hours each way, get a hotel, etc and be stuck in a lottery system. Then they moved it to the Link, moving fans even further away from the players. It's a real shame. I miss those days as well. We have a family eagles helmet we use to love to add signatures to. We have offensive players on one side, and defense on the other. Great memories. It's a shame the direction they have headed with this tho.

I like the venue, except that they need to have more than 2 dates. At least 4 times would be great.

Yep. I don't think that's asking too much. I mean it's a cross the street for god's sake. It's not like we're asking them for a road trip.
