He's just a 3 star that'll need developed. I like it though mostly because Bama wanted him too and he chose us.

That’s my point. Top 15 ain’t enough to get it done. Elite recruiters pull in top 10 classes consistently and that’s what it takes. Kelly isn’t in the upper tier of recruiters.

Oregon is a difficult place to recruit to. I would argue getting a top 15 class is doing an elite job.
