that is a freaking LOADED free agent class....I think right now we could predict a few of those better than we usually could.

I think both me and you believe Kyrie and Butler will be on one of the NY teams together.

I think both me and you believe Durant will be back with the Warriors- and I am coming around to the idea that they sign Klay at least for the year before having to make a decision with Draymond on whether they can keep both or have to get rid of one or the other.

Love and Walker are interesting ones. I have no clue where those guys could go.

and Mecca....you can take Whitesides name off that board right now...because I will bet ANYTHING you want that Whiteside is picking up that $27M dollar player option. IF there is ONE THING in this world I can guarantee you other than death, taxes, and having to take a dump tomorrow- its that Hassan Whiteside is NO WAY IN SAMFUCK passing up that 27M.
Lmfao....you never miss an opportunity...lol

Agree on everything, including Whiteside not opting out.

Teams are not throwing that kind of money out there all Willy nilly anymore.

I have been consistent on my stance with Klay.

They don't need to make a decision on him until they have to pay Draymond.

So, one more year for sure.

You and @bksballer89 had this one right before me..... Kyrie and Butler will be on a New York Roster, together, next year.

I think the Lakers are in the drivers seat to get him next year as an FA (but then they were supposedly in the drivers seat for PG). But for right now, it looks like the Raptors.

There was a rumor that the Sixers were the only EC team that he would consider re-signing with. The Sixers must not have bought it though, because from what I heard this morning, both they and the Lakers have pretty well moved on from the idea of trading for him.

The Raptors are in an interesting position. Lebron is out of the way, but they aren't as good as a healthy Celtics and probably not as good as a healthy Sixers either. Both of those teams are young enough that they should be really good for a while too.

The best move for the Raptors may be to trade for Kawhi, see if that can get them to the finals and if it does, hope it's enough to convince him to stay.

If he leaves anyway, then you start the rebuild that you were probably going to have to do anyway.
I think they should trade for him just to get out of those high priced, long-term deals that might not be good enough to even get you out of the East.

But, no way is he staying there.

They should have stuck with the trade that I figured they'd try to execute, and they did, Wiggins for Derozan.

Not sure why the Wolves balked.

The Raptors, I’m told, held exploratory discussions in the summer of 2017 with Minnesota on a deal that would have been headlined by DeRozan and the Timberwolves’ Canadian swingman Andrew Wiggins. No trade materialized, but it reaffirms the notion that not even DeRozan, at the peak of his career, is untouchable in Toronto.

I was just woken up by my sources and the Spurs and Raptors are finalizing a deal that will send Kawhi to the Raptors for DeRozan

to your point about the pic of my kids, a while back I had a pic of my son up & Wiggy made some remarks...but again I just considered the source & kept on moving.

In general posting pics of yourself or your family on the internet is never a good idea.

Heard this morning that Kawhi to the Raptors is "unofficially an officially done deal". lol

Now, if you're the Raptors...Do you immediately call the Lakers and say "What're you offering for Kawhi?"

I guess the Spurs weren't kidding about not wanting to trade him to the Lakers. Is there anyplace they could have sent him that's farther from LA and still be to an NBA city?

I think there is a good chance they try to trade him before the season if he's insistent on leaving next summer.....or if he plans to sit out.

Well, they can't do anything until mid-December unless they REALLY want Deng lol.

If they think they can make the finals with him, they will not trade him
