You bring it up every time I stick it to you. You get backed into a corner and it's your go to thing.

Problem is, I don't give a fuck about going to games, so all you do when you bring it up is scream butthurt. If it was the 80's and early 90's again when I had to listen to games on the radio I might, but it's 2018 and TV provides a much better view of the game. Now if you want the experience of the stadium and 100k people yelling in your ear, while you stare at the jumbotron to see if it was a fumble or not, then go for it. But you are flat full of shit if you say it provides a better view of the game.

I'll consider going to a game when:

1. I can smoke weed in the stadium while I watch.
2. I don't have to pay ridiculous prices for a beer or something to eat.
3. I don't have to pay ridiculous prices to get into the stadium for a good seat.
4. They let my wife give me head during the game and give me a place to fuck during half time.
5. I get to control the jumbotron so I can watch other shit during the commercial breaks/tv timeouts
6. I'm not squished up against a bunch of other people and can stretch my legs
7. I actually start to give a fuck about saying I went to an event just to say I went to an event. Kind of like your lame ass above naming off events.

If I just wanted a better view I'd watch p0rn instead of getting laid. Same with college football. yes you get replays at home and commentary and you don't have to shell out money but it's no where near the same as actually being there. Since your stupid ass has never gone it's useless to bring up game day on a college campus and what you're missing. God bless this wife of yours. The things she does for love. You must be quite that prize not moving from your couch for anything. Let us know when you start getting sick so we can order the crane to get you out of your house.

I miss Saturday's @ The Shoe. From '84 until '05 I went to multiple games in Columbus every year.

It's an amazing place to watch a college football game. Awesome fan too.

There's advantages to both, but there really is nothing on TV anywhere near the full experience of being there in terms of understanding what is going on on both sides of the ball with X's and O's.

TV gives you some closer views and it's obviously easier to tell when the refs get calls right, issues on the sidelines, and those kinds of things, but you NEVER EVER get to see the entire field. It's hard to tell which defense you ran that play and what's going on off the ball because it just isn't shown. Short of having access to the all 22 it is impossible to have much depth of understanding outside of being there.

Without being there I would have heard the Notre Dame fans yelling "why are we still punting it to Reggie Bush!" ( Bush push game). I would have never heard fellow USC fans yelling " Sark are you still fucking drunk! This play calling is horrible!" ( USC @home vrs Washington).

I'm just saying if watching football is really just following the ball for you, by all means sit at home and watch it on a big TV in HD. You can't go wrong. If you are a real X's and O's watcher that gets into the big chess match you simply can't get it from home. It's only possible from being there.

I wonder what I'm missing if I only watch games at home.

Watched the video.

Looked good and accurate, but he always had a ton of time in the pocket. Got pressured a few times...late in the play and did well keep his eyes forward looking for targets etc. But don't think he's going to get so much time at the next level, especially against better defenses.

I mean Jalen Hurts looks awesome when he has a ton of time in the pocket. It's when you start disguising your defenses and putting quick pressure on him that things fall apart.

Agree. I really like how he throws the ball. But as you point out, it's one thing to do it with little to no pressure. The real test will come when he starts getting pressured and teams start disguising coverage. If he can handle that, he's got a chance to be pretty darn good.

You think pron is a better view than getting laid? Sorry bout your luck.

Still, I think playing the game is much different than watching in general and it's a terrible comparison.

And you act like I've never been to any events before. I've been to plenty. Atmosphere has never been a thing that thrilled me.

Still, as usual we are talking about this because you got backed into a corner. Again.

Yeah, I'm good with both and I think that you can learn plenty from both.

But I like each for completely different reasons.

When I go to game, I usually like to sit a little higher in the stands. Not the nosebleeds, but definitely higher than field level (maybe about halfway up). That way I can see the entire field.

At home, I like the replays and lack of lines for beer, food and the restroom. My recliner is also more comfortable than stadium seats. lol

LOL. Backed into my corner? You mean when you can't come up with anything and then you refer back to Alabama beating USC even though the conversation had nothing to do with that game. You mean like that?

I'm pretty sure given a choice most if not all college football fans would love to be at USC Notre dame or Ohio State Michigan or Alabama at Auburn even knowing the view on TV is great or better. You want to tell me you can't get the fuck up off your couch that's fine but there's no comparison when it comes to the experience both give you.

Actually the pass that J.T. Daniels throws at :48 into the video is even more impressive than the first pass in the video where he throws it 50 yards with relative ease.

We are only talking about this, again, because it's his go to when he gets his shit pushed in.

Still, I've been to many NFL games and I never had seats where I felt like what you said was true. I spent most of the game looking at the jumbo tron or at their backs. And I could see the entire field and all that, but making complete sense of it all at that time is basically impossible to me. If you wanted to focus in on certain parts of the game, then I can see that. But overall it seems impossible to me that anyone could really focus on too much more than the ball or something else.

I didn't bring up my game attendance, you did.

And it's not that important to me, otherwise I would...just go to a fucking game dipshit.

Sure, I record every game I go to and watch most of them fully a second time. Like I said, there are things you can pick up from the TV copy you can't get live. But I do miss being able to see how the defense is lining up and all of that stuff when it's a road game or I otherwise didn't make a home game.

@4down20 I wasn't getting into whatever you and Jim are on about. Can't say I have done more than skim that stuff as usual. Just added my opinion about watching at home vs being there. Notice I went X's and O's while Jim went titties. I mean there's no lack of those same coeds on the TV copy and I sure don't have any less chance of bagging one from my living room vs being there so that's at least a wash.

So when theres a defender around he can't put it in the right spot. Yeah thats called accuracy.

Here's what Gary Danielson said on the topic today. Spoiler: It's exactly what I said. Only I didn't read some article to come to that opinion.

You can start around the 4 minute mark if you want to skip to the QB part.

Got any more stupid shit to say?
