4-star DT Jowon Briggs out of Cincinnati, Ohio (#2 ranked recruit in Ohio, and the #5 ranked DT in the nation) has committed to Virginia over the expected two favorites: Michigan State and Ohio State... Notre Dame and Alabama were supposedly also in the running for Briggs.
