If he does win another SB are you gonna disappear again for a month and a half? :D

He's not, the road will never get easier than Marcus Marriotta, Blake Bortles and Nick Foles

Thats a once in a lifetime opportunity

My thing is the long term comment. No one one knows what the Pats will do next draft or if they sign a high quality vet when TB is done. It's just not smart to assume they are scewed for the long term, I don't get that.

History tells us that once a franchise QB retires/moves on/gets injured, the franchise hits some dark days

Exceptions being the Packers with Favre, the Niners with Montana, could have been the Colts with Manning

Pats had that chance, but they traded the next Aaron Rodgers because the "Im all about the team" guy wanted him off the team

I didnt read all that

Let me help

If Tom Brady doesnt win another Super Bowl, trading JG will go down as a colossal fuck up by Kraft and Brady

Thank you
Stop lying:nono: sure you didn't read that, sure Dirt we believe you:rolleyes2:

He'll also go down as the most SB winning QB EVER.

Maybe SD will draft a QB who'll whine like a little bitch and NE can pick him up? Still a colossal fuck up?

I felt even as a Pat that he would be great, his game reminds me so much of Rodgers

So borderline MVP every year type great

I wouldnt measure him by SB's, too many variables, and that team is far from complete

It is 100% that simple, the Niners gave a legend the boot, The Colts did, the Packers did

BB wanted to give Brady the boot because BB never (like you) makes decisions personal, he makes them for the betterment of the long term future of the Patriots

How about just two variables? INTs and SBs.

Unlike you, I know that SB wins are a team accomplishment

Brady has sucked in more postseason games than you care to remember, including a SB win with 140 yards passing

He has been carried in postseason wins, like EVERY great QB, more times than you know

It's not that simple, no matter how much you want to stomp your feet and cry.

We've already been over this and you were proven wrong AGAIN.
Montana coming off of two seasons of injuries asked to be traded.
Favre never went 15-1 like you tried to claim.
Manning was a shell of himself and I could throw a ball harder.

Please stop with your nonsense. Brady is coming off of a MVP year.

So if Brady wins another SB or MVP and JG shits the bed are you willing to call TB, RK and BB the greatest? I mean after all it's that simple. I don't need the NY spin zone. Just a simple Y or N will suffice.

Montana was moved because of Steve Young
Brett Favre was moved because of Aaron Rodgers
Peyton Manning was moved because of Andrew Luck

You can go on and on with all that nonsense, you are lying to yourself if you dis-agree with any of that

Actually he does bring up a good point.....

I mean some Pat's fans, ( not saying you) might bitch a little if Jimmy does go on a huge winning streak for the 49ers...

You make it sound so nice and comfy. Yet he's the ONLY QB to have 5 rings. Why is that? Yes we all know it's a team sport until you get flustered and tell us how Eli has beaten TB twice:lol:

You're proving our point. It's not as simple as you're trying to make it out to be.

All three of them were traded because their best days were behind them. They didn't come off of a career year or a record setting loss in the SB where his team let him down.

keep rolling around on the floor with your little tantrum. These situations are not the same.

Still waiting on my Y or N answer. I said we didn't need your NY spin but there you went again.

I don't think anyone in NE wanted to see Jimmy G leave. It was inevitable though. Most if not all of us wish him the best except when he plays NE.

Sure we'll be disappointed it if he's the next TB, so should every other team that didn't trade for him. If he turns out to be the next great QB I see 31 other teams and fan bases that should be kicking themselves in the junk. A lot of them that had cap space should be kicking the hardest.

I'll ask you the same question just worded differently that I asked Dirt who's too afraid to answer.

If JG becomes a mediocre QB for the rest of his career did NE make the right decision? You can define mediocre how ever you see fit?
