Rudy Gay turned down his $8.8 million player option with the Spurs.

Yeah, Lowry being moved wouldn't surprise me, expecting the Raptors to look much different in 2018-2019.

Houston is in a bad situation. I don't even think CP3 is worth the max, and that's factoring in how important he is to the team. The reason I say that is due to his healthy because he's always injured. But paying Paul $47 million when he's 38 years old will be viewed as one of the most god awful contracts in NBA history by the time he hits that age.
When you are hurt 4 of 5 years in the Post Season, it's no longer bad luck.

He's injury prone.

His body has betrayed him.

How do you give 200mil to a guy that had to be a part-time player during the regular Season to preserve him for the playoffs and he still got hurt?

Duuuuuuuuuuude....

They are paying Beadle, Rose and Greeny a combined 16 million a year!!!!!

Lmfao

It's especially hilarious given the layoffs going on at ESPN right now. I'm sure these salaries for a god awful show are going over very well. Congrats to Rose though, glad he's still getting paid.
