From what I can tell @bksballer89 voted in the current members section so he just needs to change his vote to the up for oblivion: wish to be considered section and the only one not accounted for in the current members section is @tlance but we know he's in as well. @Ritzarmy needs to agree to the constitution and fill out a player profile as I believe he was nominated last year also but never fulfilled those requirements. Here is the link to the player profile page and on page 7 is where the questions are that need to be answered. I think since @Chef99 left us for a year he should have to fill out a new profile also just for the pure entertainment value of his answers, plus I tweaked it a little bit from the original questions.

Haha you take me for a person who actually has money. Didnt you read my profile. 2 kids, married and unemployed but working to be a real estate agent which more people in TX have a real estate license then drivers license. Hell in Texas there are more people with real estate licenses then guns.

Honestly, I was going to ask if anyone had an issue with me returning but I think after reading tlance post he is 100 percent correct. I was going through a rough patch in my life last fall and I mean I guess I can tell you guys cause i def tursy yas but my marriage was in bad shape last year. I won't go it to too much detail but my wife and I were both drifting apart after 28 years of marriage. We have since been able to reconnect and have been more attentive to each other's needs and are doing really well these days.
That said I do not wish to be nomonated now at least for this year because I know there would be a very good chance most of you would grant me a pardon and i dont feel that would be the best thing for the league. I did neglect my and the league and I should have to sit out the year at the very least. But thank you anyway so much for thinking of me. You are all including tlance who I love and respect very thoughtful kind and loving men and just so you know I will be back next year and I'll be watching you guys this year.

I'm glad everything is working out for you. I know things seemed pretty rough for you last year. We'll still be here next year and the year after that and I think I can speak for everybody when I say that there will definitely never be another Foot to take your place.
