So TMZ reported in a street interview with B. Marsh that he will be signed in a week but for who?

If I'm putting money on it, he's coming to Seattle. I'm indifferent about this so this isn't wishful thinking, but when you watch the video he is asked (before getting in the car) what QB would be his first pick to throw him the ball next year. The guy from TMZ had already mentioned Garrapolo so B.Marsh agreed he would be good, but then named Russell Wilson before A.Rod and Eli Manning.

If anything, its clear that he has offers on the table from at least three of those teams if not all four. To me, he's a vet that doesn't want to deal with voluntary workouts so he's taking his time to decide. Looks like we will know a week from now, but my money is on the Hawks whether we like it or not.

Not much left in the tank with Marshall.

The further he stays away from our locker room the better. He's got nothing left to offer the game of football. He's lost quite a few steps the past few seasons and he'll be nothing but a headache for our young offense.

I think he's beyond the headache years, but he may also be beyond the productive years. If it's for a marginal role player type price, I think the risk is fairly minimal.

You can have him. He’s a diva at heart. He’ll always be bad in a locker room when the chips are down.

6-8 games before he is hurt, hope the Hawks don't sign him. If he does come here i wish him all the luck in the world. No missing the fact that the Hawks need someone here like him as far as size goes. I think he could take over Darbohs spot and have much better production though Than Darboh did haha.

Packers looking for a vet receiver........I still think the guy has a good year in him - maybe 2........Marshall has toned it down and matured during the last couple years...........I think Dez would cause more problems in the locker room......If Aaron Rodgers does not get him the ball when he wants he will bitch...Dez a little more physically talented but Rodgers can make most any receiver look like a pro-bowler including Brandon Marshall
I would prefer Marshall over Bryant..

Not thrilled but I'm guessing it is a very team friendly deal.

Well I suppose he can be a decent red zone threat but I'm not expecting too much else. Hope I'm wrong.

If Shotty uses him correctly in the RZ hopefully he can pull i 6-8 TD's.

Eh... not thrilled about this signing... the offense outside of Baldwin/Wilson is pretty young (Lockett injury issues), Marshall could disrupt that especially if our offense has woes like last season.

That said, there's zero competition at the level, this might be very similar to the Terrell Owens signing a while back, where he didn't even make the roster and we cut him.

Hope so. Actually getting the ball into the end zone once they're in the red zone always seems to be an issue for the Seahawks.

Hopefully our new OC will get some new schemes to jump start this offense in the RZ.

The Hawks made a pretty good improvement in that regard from '16 to '17. Finished 12th in the NFL in TD % last year. Still can be better, and that probably depends on how well the running game does because RW was already the league leader in TD passes.

Yah... and I think our running game will be solid with Penny. Seattle would've likely made the playoffs if we didn't have Blair fuckin' Walsh. He definitely lost us 1 game (against the Skins, with 3 missed field goals where 2 were like in the 30s).

I don't get why everyone is so down on Seattle this year... if I wasn't a fan (bias aside) I'd totally pick them as a dark horse.
