Kind of surprised not to see WVU in the top 5 toughest but I guess im Just over valuing their schedule.

WVU was in the top 10 for toughest. The bad thing for them as far as SOS goes is that NC State probably won't be as good and Tennessee will probably still be down relative to what they are historically. If they would be getting even last year's NC State team and the 2016 Tennessee team, I think they'd be in the top 5.

UF's schedule is looking pretty easy, IMO..

September 1 – Charleston Southern (Gainesville, Fla.)
September 8 – Kentucky (Gainesville, Fla.)
September 15 – Colorado State (Gainesville, Fla.)
September 22 – at Tennessee (Knoxville, Tenn.)
September 29 – at Mississippi State (Starkville, Miss.)
October 6 - LSU (Gainesville, Fla.)
October 13 - at Vanderbilt (Nashville, Tenn.)
October 20 - Bye
October 27 - vs. Georgia (Jacksonville, Fla.)
November 3 - Missouri (Gainesville, Fla.)
November 10 - South Carolina (Gainesville, Fla.)
November 17 - Idaho (Gainesville, Fla.)
November 24 - at Florida State (Tallahassee, Fla.)

They barely leave the state.

Charleston Southern wins

No, I expected you to defend your rival, and right on cue.
Call it what you want, I posted a fact and that fact is TAMU pulled a chickenshit move and backed out of their series with Oregon hence the reason Oregon has a shitty OOC schedule this year.

Texas A&M scheduled Clemson. Texas A&M had an opt out clause should they change conferences. They changed conferences. What's Oregon excuse?

Texas A&M has four OOC games vs the PAC's three. TAMU is a chickenshit year in and year out.

Why is it only PAC teams are completely incapable of finding decent OOC games when the other team find better opponents?

You mean who don't PAC teams back out of home & away series like the other P5 conferences?

Defend away, also this isn't just ranking the easiest/toughest OOC schedules...it's the whole thing.

I read the link on how ESPN does their whole FPI thing. It's conjecture like all the rest of 'em out there.

I would be curious as to how many P5 teams had an opening after Texas A&M scheduled Clemson. That'd be a lot of research, but I do know there are like 30 P5 teams with an opening in 2022, which is 4 years out, which is how much notice Oregon was given by A&M.

Yep, we'll see how it plays out with all the projected easy Pac 12 schedules. Bowling Green and Portland State could turn out be good. :noidea:

Cut the shit. The PAC plays a 9 game conference schedule vs the ACC & SEC who play a 8 game conference schedule not to mention those two conferences play the least amount of P5 teams on average year in and year out.
