I watch Kevin can Wait. I'll miss it some. It was kind of a King of Queens 2.

Yep, I'm the same with Superior Donuts and Speechless. I just can't watch Kevin James's TV shows, they all seem the same.

I'm a little surprised that the Mick got canned.

I'm hoping Code Black holds on for another year, but the ratings haven't looked good.

Deception--it was interesting, but again, I won't really miss it.
9JKL--tried it, but couldn't get through the 2nd episode. It was just awful.
Alex, Inc.--wanted to like it, but it just wasn't interesting.
Living Biblically--we found it strange, but interesting. I might miss it some.
Scorpions--gave up on it last year.

For the People--being in the legal field, I'm surprised that I like this show so much.
Fresh off the Boat--one of my wife's favorites
American Housewife--both the wife and I like this one.
AP Bio--has promise, but my wife hates it.

5/14: Upfronts: Fox has announced its 2018-19 lineup and details on its 4 new shows. Note that bubble shows Ghosted and LA→Vegas remain in limbo.

5/14: Lost in Space (Netflix) renewed for a 2nd season.

Even though Netflix has the overseas streaming rights to The Expanse, per the following article, Netflix is apparently not interested in picking up the show for additional seasons, but Amazon might be interested.

Damn! I didn't see the Mick was cancelled. That sucks, because it was a great show. Helped that I thought Kaitlin Olson was pretty hot. I'm going to miss the show.

I'm a little bummed that the Last Man on Earth was cancelled. It had gotten stale, but was always good for laughs and surprises.

But Murtaugh is essentially the straight man. You can’t center a show on the straight man. You need the crazy, action character to make the show “go”.

Murtaugh is more like the nothing ever goes the way I thought it would character. He always has these big plans that blow up in his face one way or another. The show isn't centered around Murtaugh or Riggs individually, it's centered around their partnership that creates chaos for everyone they come into contact with.
