Agreed. His only chance is if he can convince the woman not to testify. Otherwise they are going to "Ray Rice" him.

That doesn't mean she'll testify it means she hired a lawyer who may say you can do the right thing and testify to get this guy what he deserves (assuming he is guilty) or you can take a pay day that you may or may not get if this goes to trial.

Apparently there is a video of the girlfriend getting her ass beat BY SOMEONE ELSE and Foster had nothing to do with it. This is breaking right now, so I can’t vouch for the accuracy, but this is all over Twitter right now.

It sounds like she has proof that he didn't cause her injuries and she was saying it was Foster to try ruin his career. If this is true than in a justice system that should work he has nothing to worry about and needs to be more careful with who he gets involved with.

While I admit this is 'good' news for Foster and his future with the team, this example is more proof about him and certain people he hangs around with. That was a concern about him from Day 1. I know people will say 'bitches be crazy' and whatnot, but if this girl really went that far to mess Foster up, that to me is on another world in terms of people you choose to associate yourself with.

For that, plus the other issues....I just can't trust him to stay clean.

I agree, even if he beats the domestic abuse charges the team still can't count on Foster staying out of trouble in the long term. I don't think their strategy changes in light of the recent events

No they can't count on him until he proves otherwise. I'm not sure their strategy changed when this happened in regards to how they draft.

He's still so young. I think this will be a huge wake up call for him hopefully...look at what's happened to Aldons career. It totally sucks that his ex tried to ruin entire life for cash. Any way we can admit him in a Buddhist Temple in the off season?
