I wouldn't mind that. The one thing they've been doing well in his absence to pushing the ball even faster is limiting their turnovers.

I wouldnt mind if he came back game 4. It's a day game and they've seemed to be a bit sluggish during those games. So it might be one they lose anyway, but it'd be a good one to reaclimate him with the team. Granted, if they lose game 2, strike that.

Yeah. If the Sixers lose Game 2 then Embiid has to come back for Game 3 if he can. If they win then they could rest him for Game 3 even.

@tlance I think said upthread that the Sixers should rest him until they lose. Not a terribly idea.

While they didn't play the best ball today, have to say I'm impressed with how the young cats have responded. Wade acted like a bitch against Anderson last game and he didn't take the bait. Johnson was a bitch against Cov for no reason, Ben stepped in, then Johnson saw an opportunity to get a far superior player than he out of the game, but Ben didn't bite. Not a flawless game, but they didn't bite on the cheap shit Miami was trying and the refs were ignoring, big ups to them.

The Sixers should put the Heat away tonight and get Embiid some rest for the next series. Hopefully other teams go the distance.

Both are great coaches but Stevens got that one last night. I expect this to be a seven game series.

yeah. sixers were flat. I can accept a cold shooting night, but they had some lapses/energy issues on the defensive side that they can't do.

The Celtics wanted it more last night for sure. I suppose everyone talking like the Sixers are already in the conference finals doesn't help.

Well the hate of Boston was dormant for some years
It is funny how quickly it returns when there is a series like this

And it isnt going to end
With Boston and Philly both having young teams they will be butting heads against each other just like in the 80s

That ending was embarrassing. Tried to throw it away to end the 4th and then did the same in OT. How the fuck a team knows it's holding for one to try and win the game turns it over for an easy bucket, that shit was pitiful.
