Rams signed DT Ndamukong Suh, formerly of the Dolphins, to a one-year, $14 million contract.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Suh took less to sign with the Rams. This has been the expected outcome for much of the past week after it was reported the Rams entered the conversation. Suh was reportedly very intrigued by the idea of teaming up with Aaron Donald and Michael Brockers while playing for DC Wade Phillips. It's a way for Suh to sort of rehab his value one a one-year deal as a 31-year-old. Even at his age, Suh remains one of the very best interior linemen, even if the counting stats weren't there for him last season in Miami. Look for Phillips to get the most out of him, allowing him to one-gap and attack upfield. This Rams defensive front and secondary is absolutely stacked; they now just need edge rushers.

Looks like we have another Dream Team scenario. Remember that year when the Eagles won the offseason and everyone was crowning them SB champions while we were still in March. Congratulations Rams fans, I look forward to your SB win in say 7 years.

Thats pretty much what I'm seeing. If he wants $12-15 million a year then no one is going to commit but he is going to be one heck of a mercenary for hire.

I think if the Rams could win 14 games this year but I dont trust that locker room

They have that.

They need to stay healthy. They were far and away the healthiest team last year. If they can duplicate that (they won't) then they'll be a one-year wrecking machine.

I'm just trying to make myself feel better as I search for a new avatar.

I am not fucking looking forward to seeing the Seahawks offensive line attempt to block the Rams defensive line twice a year. Fuck.
Bright side is its the ideal time for the Hawks to be retooling. Rams have 1-2 year window before they gotta pay their stars and hopefully the Hawks are in better shape at that time.
