Game 1 Murray state Friday 3:45.

We are already a team expected to be upset.

WVU is a tough matchup for anyone.

I will not be surprised by a 1 and done or final four.

Being a #5 seed is an insult when Texas Tech gets a 3. We just beat them twice in a row.

West Virginia Scoring Defense 91st ( Bet that number surprises a few people) and we give Gibson shit!

Murray State: Scoring Defense 25th

Wv 3 point Scoring Avg: 159th in the country

Murray State: 49th

Wv Scoring Offense , beleive it or not 50th

Murray State 58th

This is set up to be a one and done for Wv....

Plus, Jonathan Stark is a former unrated recruit who turned himself into the Ohio Valley Conference's player of the year after recording 21.8 PPG and a 41 percent clip from the 3-point line. The Racers beat Horizon League champ Wright State by 19 points and lost to Auburn by four points this season.

The last thing I’m going to do is worry about a 12 seed. If WVU can’t beat ‘em, then everyone pissed about them being a 5 seed should shut the fuck up.

I have seen at least a couple of ‘the experts’ picking WVU to get to the Final 4. We all know they can beat any team in the Dance.

Sagarin has WVU ranked #9... Murray St is #82.

Kenpom has WVU ranked #13 and Murray St #59. He has WVU with an adjO - 14, adjD - 39. Murray St is 56 and 82.

I think you all got a tough draw with the 5 seed and Wichita in the 2nd round...So far though, most of Quibbl has you in the Elite 8 in our Bracket Challenge

We play a team who's strengths (3 point shooting) match our biggest weakness (3 pt defense). I don't think that Murray State can handle our press or the inside game of Sags and Asa.

No reason we should not win this game handily.

On the other hand, we lost to Iowa State so we could lose to anybody. We beat Virginia so we can beat anyone. Could be interesting.

No worries here. We pound the ball into Sags and let him defend the dribble penetration. Murray State has not seen a big man like Sags or a defense like WVU. They will wear down and run out of fouls. WV 78 Murray State 69.

Barkley is funny when he is not an in-studio host for college basketball or the NBA. I like Ernie ever since I watched the ESPN 60 about him and his son.
