I’m guessing that it’s over, but if there’s enough interest I will play again.

We currently sit at 4 seasons played

2 championships for will

2 championships for me

Would be interesting to see if someone else could get in on the trophy action or if will / me could break the tie.

Yes 10.....

I suspect we can get Murph. He likes this stuff. I think murph knows a few of the guys who are in the league right now. We could get this thing to 6 or 7 in a hurry if someone can talk to him or flag him down.

Will and hambombs might be tricky tho. I haven’t seen them post in quite sometime.

@kburjr , @Ralph Murphy, @Fog and @steelerssb might play. They aren't Rangers fans, but they like fantasy baseball and they all think highly of me. :wash:

Don't worry he's gets to hand someone their ass once a year in fantasy baseball but gets his ass handed to him daily when it comes to talking real life baseball

I'm still around and still in for another season. I just haven't had time to post much with a new job and new house. Plus I don't feel like bickering with the Jon Daniels Worship Group who bully anyone who dares to mention the painfully obvious mistakes he's made in tearing apart what once was a powerhouse franchise, nor do I care to argue with the people who have nothing but negative things to say about the team and its future. I'll likely keep my posting to a few game threads here and there as well as this one for Fantasy.

Also, before you get too full of yourself Crawler, just remember that I won the first two seasons and actually finished in first place last season before having one miserably bad week in the championship against your team.

The league has been renewed, so I need an accurate headcount of who intends to actively participate this year so I know which old members to remove to make room for potential new members.

Once we get a full league, we can discuss draft date and any rule changes you guys want. I'm up for whatever.

You can say what you want will, but you know that trophy’s are the only thing that matter in both real sports and fantasy sports as well.

I’m not sure if you’re a cowboys fan or not, but I’ve seen the rangers and cowboys put up pretty regular seasons and have a piss poor playoff run way too many times.

I respect you as a competitor and I know it’s always a tough fight going up against your teams.

Ok, so as of now, it looks like the confirmed owners for this year are:
Will
Crawler
Jta
Handicappers
BMurph
Hambombs

Am I missing anyone? We had a few dead teams last year, so I'd like to clean up the owner list and free up a few spots for others who want to play and will be active.

Murph, is your buddy Kyle going to play again? He's been active and competitive both years he's been in the league, so I'd like for him to return if he's up for it.

The 3 question marks would then be Gregrey, who used to post here a lot, Rule 5, and WINNERS.

All owners from last year are guaranteed a spot, but I do need confirmation from them soon if they want to keep playing. Otherwise we will need to invite a few to join.

Also, weekly or daily lineups?

If we do daily, then there will be an innings pitched cap per week to avoid it turning into a contest of who can add and drop the most pitchers on a daily basis.

I'm fine with either.

Also, head2head points, head2head categories, or rotisserie? You guys pick and I'll set it up however you want it.

We always do head to head points. That shouldn’t be much of an issue.

The debate has always been daily or weekly lineups.

I’ve always preferred weekly because if you have a really busy week in real life, you can set your team, send them out to battle, and still have a chance to win at the end of the week without being active.

But I guess the fairest way to do it is majority rules and if it’s 5-5 commissioner can be the tie breaking vote...... or last years champ

I prefer daily, b/c if I go a whole week without messing with anything, half the time I'll forget about it on the day it needs to be changed... daily keeps me involved weekly is boring to me
