Bayern should win on aggregate, but the 2nd leg will be tough, Turkey is one of the roughest and most notorious places to play away.

That did in Leipzig but too many veterans on Bayern to be a problem. Finally nice to see a meaningful game for Bayern tomorrow. On FS2 tomorrow, and I already notified a local bar to have the TV ready during my long work lunch break out on the West Coast here tomorrow.

I'm a big-time Bayern fan, so a 10-0 agg will always interest me. At least as long as Lewandowski has a hat trick, or two.

Lewandowski needs to stay healthy too. Absolutely killed them when he missed the first Real Leg last year too. The 2nd leg in OT is when Neuer broke his foot. No injuries like that this year hopefully. Also they like PSG have not a had a meaningful game in awhile so let's see how it goes tomorrow. Let's see how Ulreich holds up too.

They mentioned on the pregame show today that there are rumors of Lewandowski leaving Bayern. Does anyone know if these rumors are out there and if they're true?

Not happening. I heard his contract does not allow poachers to come in a pay a transfer fee. If he leaves early, it will be if Bayern says so only....I believe.

Not sure that was a red card on Lewey. So early in the game that was harsh. But I didn't think Vidal deserved the game changing and season ending red against Real last year either. Pretty much ended Besiktas season today with that call. You win some, you lose some I guess. Last year I was bitching, today someone else is.

That goal Chelsea gave up to Barca was so bad. Such a sloppy turnover so close to your box

So we're complete with 6 of the 8 1st leg matches.

We have 3 teams that pencil in their spot in the Quarters and 3 other spots that will be up for grabs

The 2nd legs should be fun.

Sevilla-United tied at 0 with 5+ to go

Shakhtar up on Roma 2-1 with 5+ to go

Sucks for Neymar, but PSG wasn't getting through to the Quarters anyway.

I disagree. Would anyone be surprise if PSG win 2-0 next week and advance? Or if they win 3-1 and we go to extra time?

Surprised? No. However I didn't see anything last week that gave me any hope that a healthy PSG would've knocked off Real Madrid.

PSG vs Real today.

Going out on a limb.

PSG advance with a 2-0 win

PSG season is a failure

PSG every year looks like a Marty Shottenheimer coached NFL team. Looks good in the regular season (French Ligue 1 and UCL Group play) but come playoff time (UCL knockouts) complete disaster. Who is the next coach there? The seem to just throw money around with no plan. At least Man City seem to have a better plan with the money they throw around.

That and City get challenged week in week out in the PL. Ligue 1 is PSG and mostly a bunch of pub teams. Occasionally Marseille, Monaco and Lyon are good, but that's it. They have no experience in grinding out wins and stepping up when they come against a tough opponent.
