He/she is a fucking moron, now when people see lowered $30,900 they will think something is wrong and try to screw you even more.
EDIT... Matter of fact I wouldn't even show that the price was lowered... And if I did show it was lowered I absolutely wouldn't put $30,900.

Funny same thing happened to me with my house the sellers realtor went too high the appraisal came in almost $15,000 lower than the listed price, they of course lowered the cost but I had to cover a lot more closing costs which was fucking bullshit.
